Has anyone got any experience of the tomtom.com mail order service? Im off to the states next week so I ordered the SD card with the USA maps on the 22nd Jan.
Looking at my order status its still sat in the "Authorised" state and there is no sign of shipping.
I cant see anyway to contact them to ask whats happening or when I can expect delivery. Even more worrying is that I cant even see anyway of cancelling the order should they decide not to ship the maps before I leave.
So does anyone have any experience of how long they take to ship these things, or know of anyway I can get a hold of their online store?
Thanks. |

Thanks for the responses. I did manage to email them through the product support section. I suppose loosely I do have a problem with the TomTom Go Maps, they havent delivered them :D They responded after a few days and said that due to heavy demand they are out of stock. Its anticipated for shipment on 1st Feb. Fingers crossed it'll show up by the weekend as Im off on the 6th, otherwise Ill have to get the gf to FedEx it out to my hotel.
Quite why it takes so long to produce more I do not know. Its not like its a tricky matter copying some data to an SD card. |
