Police Find SatNav Route Mistake Funny

West Yorkshire Police have found the funny side of a lorry driver taking the wrong turning.
The hapless lorry driver probably found it a lot less amusing - his vehicle ended up at a decidedly dodgy angle, almost completely on its side, on a very narrow lane that was clearly not suitable for HGVs.
The blame was put squarely on his SatNav - West Yorkshire Police tweeted a picture of the scene writing "Oops, HGV driver got stuck on a single track road in Methley whilst following his SatNav!" They used the hashtag #youcantparkthere.
It's good that such an incident ends with just a bit of banter with no-one getting hurt, but all too often, drivers who find themselves too reliant on their SatNavs and not their brain have far worse fates.
