A speeding motorist has been disqualified from driving after falling foul of fixed speed cameras three time in just one month.
The hapless driver, 35-year-old John Doherty, was caught twice by one speed camera in Midway, Derbyshire and then further down the same road in Woodville.
Magistrates in Derby heard how the cameras caught him at speeds of 36mph, 37mph and 39mph in 30mph zones.
Doherty, who lives local to the cameras, pleaded guilty to the offences. He was fined £660, ordered to pay £255 prosecution costs, £90 victim surcharges and banned from driving for 10 months.
