Almost 1,000 drivers are to get their notices of intended prosecutions waived after they were mistakenly ticketed by speed cameras.

The motorists supposedly broke a temporary 40mph speed limit on a stretch of roadworks in the A55 Conwy tunnel in North Wales last October.
