	News: Google Aerial Maps - Register For Update Notifications If you've ever used Google Maps to look at the aerial views of your locality, and commented on how old they may be, then this is for you. Google have launched a new service that enables you to identify an area of interest, and receive email notifications when the aerial imagery is updated for that area. It's a nice feature. I know the imagery of my house must be 2 years old because the bright orange kayak that used to sit by the shed is still there. And I sold it in 2008.
