	News: Kids Break Law to Warn Speeding Drivers The Herald Series have reported that the villagers of Nuneham Courtenay in Oxfordshire have banded together to take action over a switched-off speed camera. Although many councils are resisting pressure to switch off speed cameras following government cuts, the village's local speed camera was mothballed three months ago.
