News: Navteq maps out Jordan
Navteq has just released maps of Jordan (and we don't mean Katie Price!!!). In growing its portfolio of mapped countries in the Middle East Jordan joins UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.
These maps have names in both Arabic and English, and contain some of the popular tourist haunts such as the diving haven of Aqaba. The maps cover 28,000 Km of the road network and has over 13,000 points of interest.
