Hi

I'm looking for a suction type mount for my iPAQ2210 to use in the car.

But, I'd like one with an integral amplified speaker.

Easy I hear ou say, BUT Laughing

I'm powering the iPAQ and my realtek sapphire GPS receiver from the car connection lead (y lead) so that rules out any of the powered cradles.

Any ideas.........please feel free to include good quality craddles that aren't amplified......just incase Wink

both seido and arkon do these personally i use the arokon which is universal and will power any pocket pc with a power lead i think the seido is pocket pc specific

I've looked at the websites for both of these and can't find anything suitable with regards to having a powered speaker and being able to use my own power lead.

I need to use my own power lead, because it also powers up my realtek sapphire gps sensor.

it looks i'll have to resign my self to the use of a passive cradle and low volumes or try one of those fm senders, although i'm not sure if that will work when a cd is playing.
