|
|
Huawei P8
Android 7
I've downloaded and installed the app.
Created a new account, registered my email.
The screen then advises you to return back to the app hit update camera's for 1st free trial.
All I get is the the screen returning to say I'm unregistered and to sign up, I've now done this several times without being able to update or use the app.
Any help appreciated.

From memory .....
As well as registering you need to link the app to your account. _________________ DashCam:

IIRC, I thought that you got the 'free update' using the silly CA****** username,
Then linked to your sensible username. For which you have to have paid your annual subs.
Something to do with the stupid iThing rules |

Well I've had 4 more goes at it, tried to link it to my existing account and failed, every time I go to updates it say I'm not registered.
I've now removed the app and downloaded TomTom which works.
Thanks for the help |

The [expletive] hosting company have taken it upon themselves to revert some database settings that we previously had them change. This is affecting new accounts being made - hence your issues.
Currently waiting for them to put them back and explain why they changed them for no apparent reason after 3 weeks or so.
Apologies for this |
