Hi everyone, I recently uninstalled GPSassist and installed CheckPOInt.
Does anyone know how to remove the POI's that seem to have been left in navigators POI's by GPSassist i.e Burgerking, fastfood etc?

In your map folder there will be a .ov2 (the POI data) and a .bmp (the POI Icon bitmap) file for each POI Group. You can manually delete any of these that you no longer wish to keep but ensure you delete both the .bmp and .ov2 files.

Is it possible to move the original POI's...like Zoo's etc?. I found the POI's that I had added but not these. 8O

No you cannot edit or delete the POIs that are provided by TomTom, you can choose to show or hide them but not delete them.

which POIs contribute to the 'too many POI' issues that are discussed on here? Is it only displayed ones?
