you need to manually knife and fork it. Start off with a quote. Examine the stuff in the reply box and modify it to suit.
If you do a quote on this meaasge, you will see what I have done.
Whatever you do, before you post, DO A PREVIEW to make sure that you have the correct start and end points of the quotes.

Quote the first message. Copy the contents. Goto the second message. Quote it. Paste the clipboard into the new reply as required. Then Copy the whole lot.
Goto the third message. Quote it. Paste the other stuff into the reply box where required.
Edit it all to make sense.
PREVIEW it to make sure it's OK then post it.
