Nissan Connect

I have a built in Nissan Connect Sat Nav System In my Nissan Juke vehicle. I have tried to download and install the Camera Database, without success.
I noticed that when the data downloads it seem to leave the CSV file off the end of the data. Everything else comes out as it should on the Memory Stick but it does not load into the Nissan Connect Files.
Can anyone please help.
