getting an Haicom HI-204E GPS Receiver is it compatible

Hi there

Im going to be getting a Haicom HI-204E GPS Receiver for myself and a friend ive got a toshiba E740 and he has a Ipag 2210 but is going to use it in a Ford focus which has a funny screen heater thingy. We are both probably going to use tom tom. Anyone know whether these work ok together (ie GPS and both pocketpcs?)

I am using a 204E with a Toshiba e400 and it works fine, I believe that if you put the GPS reciever on the far right hand side of the dashboard it works but as I do not have a ford i have not tried it, fornd that info in the raod angel manual.

You could get one with an external aerial. As I'm not a car driver I don't know how you'd route the cable or where you'd put the aerial though.
