Hi,
I don't know if you can help me but I seem to have lost some of my posts .
I have made about 50 posts to various forums but if I click on "Search" or "View your posts" the most I can find is about 29 _________________ iPAQ 1940, Pocket PC2003, BT TTN5 |

When we moved to a new server a few months ago a small number of posts were lost in the process, yours may be some of those. A minor corruption in the database was the cause and whilst we worked to recover the majority of the missing posts a few were too corrupted. Your post counter I notice reflects the fact that you have posted 50 or so times so this may well be the cause.
Our apologies if this is the case, it was certainly nothing personal _________________ Darren Griffin - Editor |

I don't believe it's a server issue Darren, you're reading it wrong Lost1.
When you search for posts under your name I'm now seeing 30 (including this thread). It's 30 threads/topics you're seeing, not posts. If you check some of these topics you'll see you have posted more than once, the search only brings up the topics you've posted in, not every single post you have made! That's where the difference is. |
