nissan connect

i have downoaded the speed camera csv files for my nissan connect and followed the instructions to the letter but cannot get them to load on to the nav system in my 2013 nissan qashqia 360. the connect nav system does recognize the usb memory stick. help needed please

You must be doing something wrong.
I had trouble downloading data at first but found that I had not unzipped file correctly.
Also had not formatted Memory Stick before starting download.
