Sony Clie and Sat nav

One of my fellow Navigation Engineers at work is trying to sell me his old Sony NZ90 which having played with a bit is a seriously nice bit of kit.

However im curious what software and specifically navigation is available for it.

He wants £250 for it, which is the same sorta price as a HP Ipaq 2210, which I think im right in saying has the added bonus of accepting CF cards where as the sony is mainly sticks.

Would I be better to go for the 2210 considering I already own a digi cam and thats a major selling point of the nz90?
