Ive read the review on the site but I belive thats for the Palm, I assume they do one for PPC aswell.

Im considering buying the HP1940 and this kit at Makro tomorrow for 229 + VAT which should do the job I require.

Has anyone used this software?

Can I run POI's and a postcode finder along side it?

Anything else I should know before I buy this or is it just plug in and play after loading my maps?

if you go to the kirrio website you can download a demo of the ppc and palm versions. it does have some points of interest as well. i havent receieved my gps unit yet so i carnt tell you any more

Since posting ive been on there site and like what I see.

Shall be purchasing tomorrow I hope.

I also understand that you can just select bits of maps so I could put Scotland on a 256mb one as thats where 90% of my travelling takes place.

scott have look at total pda there doing a deal on a ipaq 1930 with tt3 for the same price

Can only find the 1940 at TT3 for £329 ex vat or the 2210 for 299 ex vat.

Must be looking in the wrong place.

Ah I found it.

Now that is tempting. But its out of stock and I have little patience to wait for it to come back in!
