Cameralert dropping phone calls.

Running a Sony Xperia Z1 with cameralert in a Merc (ntg2.5)

Finally got round to screwing a powered phone dock to the dash. Can get the phone to recognise the dock, turn on bluetooth, adjust volumes and run cameralert. Wonderful all works great with the audible warnings coming out of the merc speakers via bluetooth.

One problem is when I am on a call and I approach a camera, cameralert causes the bluetooth to drop out as it tries to warn me of a camera. Meaning the call has reverted to the handset.

It seems that once the call is finished everything goes back to normal.

Is there any way of avoiding this bluetooth conflict?

Anyone???

Did think of using a bluetooth speaker for media and trying to force media to that device and calls to the vehicle. Will try and borrow a speaker and try it.
