Alpine PDM200

My PDM200 was working fine till 30 days ago.
Now, when I start it, message "Fatal Applicatione Error - Application GpsMC.exe has permormed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persist, contact the program vendor" appears on screen. Accepting "OK" button does not unlock the Alpine; I must hard-reset it.
Trying to go on update mode, I can see "Loading ...." on black screen only.
If I leave the PDM200 without power connection and battery for some minutes (at least 30), and after some attempts, I can access to "USB - update mode" but the same message appears on screen and "OK" button stil does not work.
PDM200 never appears on my PC, and Naviextras can not find it (nor "Windows Portable Devices").
Always, I have to hard-reset for shut-down the PDM200.
