Garmin and PGPSW speed cameras

I am new to Garmin and I have seen reference in my paperwork to speed cameras. Would this be Garmin's own like TomTom had? Are PGPSW camera files loaded onto Garmin in a similar way to the way they were loaded onto TomTom? Can you give me a link to the method of putting your camera files onto my Nuvi 2548. Thanks in anticipation. p.s. I have read the sticky on the subject and am now totally confused. I'm afraid us old 'uns need it spelling out.

Installing to Garmin is quite different to installing to TomTom - well, it's more like installing onto a newer TomTom using MyTomTom as you don't have to select any actual folders etc to copy it to and the software does it all.
