No - not at the moment, as WP8 doesn't have PAN Bluetooth

However, this is coming (maybe WP8.1 due very soon, as a free update) or maybe in a later update

Once applied your new TomTom will automatically work with your phone - no apps needed for compatibility, which is good

I would love it to work with my WP8 920 also, but for the time being am going to live with either my Galaxy Note chucked in the back just for tethering or no live traffic
