Response from Navigon!

After paying for my Navigon 4 upgrade over six weeks ago (and having money taken instantly) and sending numerous e-mails to them (all unanswered) I now have some information from Navigon!

I sent an international registered post letter to them last week at a cost of £3.50. Today they responded to my letter (which was written in German) via e-mail (also in German). They tell me that my software will be sent out in 3-4 weeks time. The delay is due to high demand.

I will post a note on here when it has arrived.

I firmly believe that Navigon software is better than TomTom. I have both TTN3 and Navigon 3.1 The Navigon maps are better and I find the software easier to use - I can input an address quicker and get underway faster with Navigon. But they do need to radically improve their customer service!

Thanks for keeping us up to date. The 3-4 weeks ETA means I have no choice other than to get the French map from Medion for my trip in 4 weeks time. At least I know what to do now.
