Hi all,

Recently purchased myself a vehicle tracking unit called SimplyTrak. There are lots of similar products out there but the level of customer service I received from a company called CCS was just great.

Even on their website http://www.creativecellular.co.uk they state - "We go a very long way to ensure to keep our 100% customer satisfaction rating. From excellent telephone support with no automated messages, to swap out guarantees for a full 12 months on all gps vehicle tracking units, we take the meaning of customer service to the next level." - I can confirm this is 100% true.
