Was browsing the Road Angel site looking at their acquisition of RoadPilot and Pogo, when I found this item.

Being installed in Grimsby with an operational date of 'early 2013'.

Here's another report.

Though I see mentions of them have been around for a couple of years. Grimsby looks like the first real use, everything else seems to have been test/evaluation.
