Help might be a little difficult to give, if we don't have something to work with.
Did you follow the instructions in the installation guide?
Which steps did you go through, and how far did you get?
Any information might give a clue as to what the problem is. _________________ Richard

Do you want to tell us what you are trying to install and what instructions you are trying to follow. Nobody can give you any help if you don't answer the questions that you have been asked. And as your first post said that you could not get any help from PGPSW, how did you ask them? BTW this forum IS PGPSW. |
