New speed camera site added within 24 hours. Really!

My commute is the same trip 4 out of 5 days. Last week there was a mobile police camera trap parked at the side of the road in a location I've never seen one before. It's never come up as a speed camera site on the TomTom either.

The very next day, at exactly the right place, the TomTom unit flagged up the site and beeped as a speed camera location.

I've possibly missed this location being flagged every day for the last year however it's unlikely. So it looks like someone added it on their unit and it then was processed and downloaded to my unit within 24 hours. I suppose an alternative is someone flagged it some time ago and it's just been added by coincidence in the last few days. It would be great if it's the former.

Are we talking about TomTom's OWN speed camera warnings here? (not PGPSWs).

If so, that's great news, but I wish they would put as much effort into removing some of the SPECS camera warnings on major motorways that are still bleeping at me months after the cameras were physically removed
