I have recently been experiencing a problem with the QuickMenu on my TT550, ever since the Navcore was updated to 9.400 (and 9.401 / 9.430).

Instead of displaying the QuickMenu, I am frequently presented with the volume adjustment screen.

TomTom have now acknowledged that there is a bug which requires a fix, but have identified that the issue only occurs when the status bar is displayed vertically.

So, if anyone else sees this problem, the recommended workaround is to alter your status bar to horizontal until they fix the issue.

That's interesting. Confused

I'm running the latest (9.430) Navcore that's currently available for my 950 Live. I always run the status bar horizontally, never vertically.

I don't often use Quick Menu, when I do it's generally set to just "Mark location of map error" (to grab coordinates) but I sometimes set it "Mark location of map error" and "Switch sound on/off".

In general use, the relevant Quick Menu icon sometimes disappears. If you touch the screen for the menu and then return to the navigation screen then it reappears. I've only just noticed this phenomenon in the last few days so I haven't done enough experimenting to determine the frequency or patten for the disappearance of the icon.

Regards,
