The last 2 PM's I've tried to send have just sat in the Outbox. Any reason, or am I doing something silly? |

Strangely enough, I asked this question myself a few days ago. Messages only move from your Outbox to your Sentbox when the other party has read them. So no, you're not doing anything wrong, it's just that they haven't been read yet. Incidentally I still have four or five in mine, one from March. _________________ Tim |

Ah.
Many thanks. How bizarre. On almost any other system 'Outbox' means it's being held ready to send, and 'Sent' means it's gone. Hope the poor people I've been trying to contact don't get 50 versions of the same message!!!
Any chance of Pocket GPs revising this (tho' of course now I know it's not so important for me!)? |

No, it's how the forum software works. If a messageis sitting in your outbox it means that the person hasn't read your message, either because they haven't been back to the site, or they're using a pop-up blocker that stops the new message notification when you reach the forum. |
