pMOBILE:100066@40 was reported on 09/01/2012 17:01:06.
But that's not necessarily exactly when it was seen, as it doesn't look like it was reported bya CamerAlert user, "there and then".
Quote: | Police officer / unmarked car in bus stop layby on West side of London Road, Albourne, West Sussex. Operating against southbound traffic, but could reverse direction. 40mph limit. This location is just north of the traffic lights. |
That's the only info I have as a verifier... MaFt *may* have more, but I doubt it would include the sighting time if it's not in the info I have.
Incidentally..... That sort of detail of comment from the person who submitted it is FANTASTIC!
If only all submissions were like that! (especially from CamerAlert users). _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

I always used to say in the comment field of the "Seen Again" exactly when I saw a mobile site in use. However, it now says that comments are ignored when submitting a "seen again" so I no longer bother to say. |

Thanks for following up. this must have been a `flash site` or something, slightly late for our speedwatch campaign we have around here??
Did you get many more submissions for that same site / time / day etc?
I checked my occurence book nothing, gps ss log shows travelled passed that location at 06.14 & 16.21, typically the carcam gave up the ghost a few days earlier, nothing noted on the school run either by mrs mouse at 15.00/15.30
I would however challenge that it was dark at 17.01, my daylight clock logged 16.10 that day for sunset, and if it was an unmarked car then how would you tell it was a sting? - surely the cops are not really allowed to hold them in a bus stop where no parking is allowed .
Keep up the good work, will keep an eye out and the speed down, lets hope the local dump truck co. also take note
Cheers
