Changed Routing after App 9.400 and Map v885

Something is definately odd with fastest routing.

I was travelling along what I knew to be fatstest route (and way it used to route me) and it kept insisting I turn around.

Yet, in less than 1 minute, it picked up a faster route (original) - I just cannot fathom how it deemed screen shot 1 below was fastest route?

That behaviour just seems like the normal behaviour when you are going against the route. As you move past the turn-around point, it replans, and this time it is faster that way. Particularly if it is only a minute different etc.

I think it is probably a good sign that the routing is different after a map update - it shows they are updating the speeds. When they first brought this in it changed the suggested routes to much better routes than before. I suspect you are just at the edge of a difference.
