TomTom 3 - Europe maps & Ireland

Any one know how good the cover for Ireland is with the TomTom europe maps that come with TT3 ?

Search the forums - though I gather coverage outside a couple of major cities is basically non-existent.

Just spent a fair few hundred miles in NI - Anything outside Belfast is just a blank screen in TT3. Very frustrating when you are looking for your hotel!
