After downloading I continue to receive a message saying download available? Same item for download appeared the camera update - called TT this morning and received a reply which I have pasted below.
It a bit late because I had already downloaded the update - why do TT not remove the offending code or issue a fix? Sorry to be grumpy but this is a paid service.
This is XXXX from TomTom we just spoke a while ago on the phone concerning the Danish speed camera. The reference number for your query is 120124- xxxxx.
Indeed something is wrong with the Danish speed camera, please do disregard that specific speed camera and you should not have any problem with the downloads.
Thank you for your phone call and should you have any questions or doubts you could contact me directly through the response link located at the bottom of this e-mail and I will do my best. |
Hi I had the same problem. However all sorted now connected my 1005 and the download completed. No items available to download _________________ Lift Tester/Adjuster |

Quote from the TomTom support forum three weeks ago:
"just remove the tick in the box next to the update, as it's the same Denmark file that's being offered for download again and again." |

Perhaps two weeks and six days ago they did... |

Anyone else noticed that the one-off job to remove the French cameras gets sent to you over and over again too? _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |
