TomTom POI icon file sizes - SOLVED

Hi anyone. I know that this subject has previously been covered, but I cannot find it today. So if someone could either direct me or answer, I would appreciate it.
I have loaded my own POI set to a TT device but it fails to show against the respective POI/s - all I get is the standard red box, so I assume the size of the bmp file is incompatible. Help please...

I have tried two sizes - 22x22 and 16x16 - neither works.
I have ensured that the file name for each bmp file is exactly the same as the OV2 file.

Later Update:
I have now resolved the initial problem by using a 22x22 bmp file from a third party set of POIs which work correctly. That led me to re-check my statement that "each bmp file is exactly the same as the OV2 file" and, with some embarrasment, I find that to be untrue. The (MY) error was to use underscores on the bmp file to separate the words, whearas in the OV2 file name, I simply used spaces.
