does anyone know how long download takes from tomtom get started.mines been going for 5 hours. unit is still saying 9 mins remaining but it has been on this since i first started.

Sorry, in order to give a sensible answer, we'll need a bit more information from you.

What are you trying to download?
It sounds like you may be trying to download the "MyTomTom" program itself.
Or do you already have that installed, and you are now trying to download some content for your TomTom?
And if that's so... what is it? A software update or a map?

Having said that... five hours seems too long for any download. Just abort and try again.

If you already have MyTomTom installed, go to the Settings menu/ Cache tab and click on "clear cache" before you try again.
