Even though i can't get live services on my 540 with 9.40 (1008 error), how does the reporting of cameras work?

When i pass a fixed location then i can verify its still there or not,OK.

When i pass a hotspot location for a mobile camera then what?

I can confirm there is a camera there if there is, and make it an active site OR say it does not exist.

Will this report of does not exist then delete that location as a hotspot?

I would also like to have a display of how many people have reported the live location.

So you get a better idea of how "hot" the location is.

Although I appreciate that you appear to be talking about TomToms database and aught to know better than to ask about it here (would you ask a TT question on Garmin's website Very Happy ), be carefull about declaring that a mobile site is 'not there'. Remember that mobile cams are 'not there' for about 99.9% of the time and it's the other 0.1% that catches people Sad
Better still, use the more accurate PGPSW database, the we will explain all the reporting techniques, hints and tips etc. that you want Very Happy
