Garmin Nuvi 2460LT voice command problem

I am having a problem with the voice command.

Sometimes when answer the questions regarding address, the unit just reboots. it normally happens just after I say which town I want.
Everything else is working fine it only happens when I use voice commands.

I don't fancy having to do a reset as I have just downloaded a new map and that took many hours.

Has anyone had this problem?

I can understand your reluctance about a hard reset but it often cures 'strange' behaviour like this

Note a hard reset doesn't affect your maps, so you won't have to download them again.
