Is there any work around to use advanced planning with more than 4 waypoints?

You've not said why you don't want to use an itinerary.

I didnt know about that, how can I Do that in the tomtom for iphone, I havent seen that option.

You can't use a true itinerary file on the iPhone app as it doesn't support this feature, you could convert the ITN file to a custom POI file and install that using DiskAid but its a heck of a lot of messing about and in use its not as good as true ITN support.
Of note, the newer TomTom products that depend upon the "MyTomTom" interface only support the four waypoint system and cannot use true Itinerary files either - Mike
