Tomtom 740 live guidance

Hi guys
The advanced lane guidance is not working on my 740.
I can not seem to find the setting for it. Can somebody tell me where it is please.

There are two parts:

1. "Advance lane guidance" - These are the small lane arrows on the status bar

2. "Reality View" - These are the full-screen pictures of the junction with the big flashing arrows

#1 is switched on or off in Change preferences (page 4) / Status bar preferences "Show lane guidance"

#2 is switched on or off in Change preferences (page 7) / Advanced preferences "Show lane images"

#1 will be there for most junctions,
#2 only show on some major roads such as most motorways.

No. 1 was selected but No. 2 was not. Hopefully it will now work.
