Ordered this mount on 1 March from Exolife UK and received what looked like an auto-acknowledgement.
I have heard nothing since (nor has any money been taken from my account, I must add) despite sending an enquiry e-mail.
Does anyone have information whether this company is still in business or is this an "usual" wait time? Confused

The website also appears to have an online chat facility. Have you tried that??

Thanks for info.
I had not looked at web-site recently but don't think that the out of stock message was there the last time I checked.
However, I had e-mailed the company on 12 March but did not receive a reply.
I now look forward to receiving what seems to be an excellent product in 6 weeks time. Smile

After 2 weeks with no news, I phoned them. Apparently there are none in the country, and I was told the end of March was the likely time for a new stock.. They did not take any money from me.

When I found out it was going to take 6 weeks, I went on google to see if there was anything cheapish to tide me over. I ordered a couple and am particularly pleased with this one. Where it scores over most of the others is that it has a spring-loaded top lip which is the main retaining element. So I'm in no rush. Done 300 miles since I got it, over mixed road types, and it has yet to fail.

Edit: Whilst the holder is excellent, the pedestal can be a bit loose, but it is a standard Herbert Richter 4 point mount, and I have plenty of those from over the years.

Nothing at all. Just could not be bothered to cancel the order and place a new one. Also gave me an excuse to try out yet more universal mounts - I'm a mount nut!

At least I have the exomount at the old price, as advertised when I ordered it.

It is a 'limpet', but:

Can't get the retaining 'nut' on the ball mount tight enough to stop all movement.

If your device is more than about 20mm in depth, then the clamps have difficullty in holding the device. So works with my 550, but not the XL.
