Well after messing about with the TTStart 20 for two days ive decided its pants and its gonna have to go.

I need a device that i can get into the files like my old TT720.

I am toying with the TomTom XXL UK, ROI and Europe IQ

Can i put speed cameras from this site on it?

I also need the silent voice on it and maybe change the splash screen.

I also noted that on the start20 the screen lag was quite bad,any ideas on the XXL?

I'm not saying that's not preferable, but all of the items you list below CAN now be put onto new models such as Go's and Via's using MyTomTom.

The only question is whether it has been enabled for the Start models yet. Can anyone confirm?

If you still have it... when you connect to the PC and rum MyTomTom, do you get "Add community content" in the pop-up box when you click on the icon next to the PC clock? (You MUST have the machine connected for it to show at all).

Not a bad unit. If you're looking at others too, don't buy anything with a small "2" after the name.

Yes, you can put all those items on an XXL.
