Which TMC receivers is supplied with current Garmins

If I understand it correctly the 'T' designated Garmin models come supplied with a TMC (I think this is the right name) receiver built into the power lead. Can anyone tell me which receiver comes with current models please? I can't find it on Garmin website and the 'staff' in my local Halfrauds weren't much help when I asked them. Also am I right in thinking that these receivers have an extra wire attached to them?

My 3790T was supplied with one of these GTM35 The RDS-TMC receiver is built in to the power lead however for the UK they also supply a "string" cable that plugs in to the body of the RDS-TMC this extra aerial is to overcome the low power of the transmitters in the UK compared to European markets - Mike

And there's also the GTM-25. I've seen posts elsewhere that seem to indicate it doesn't matter which one you have, and one is considerably cheaper than the other. Detail is here:
