PDAMODS non-delivery, poor communications.

I ordered a mount from PDAMODS on 3/6/04 and this was posted to myself on 4/6/04.

Its now 9/6/04 and i still havent received the item, i have phoned the number on the PDAMODS site, but ive found out that this is a call centre in INDIA?. and ive got no contact number for the UK office.

They have informed me that they will email me with the progress on the order, but i havent received any email either.

The communication is very poor, and i would not order from them again.

I have now received a email from Ian who states that if i dont receive the goods by tomorrow, then he will send me another one.

Fingers crossed and I'll keep you posted.

Thanks to Ian its all sorted out now.

It was no fault of PDAMODS at all, it was down to the very very poor service of the Royal Mail.

The mount was posted out on the 4th as stated by Ian, but its sat at my local post office until 12th without them attempting to deliver the item.
A complaint has been forwarded to the Royal Mail.

Once again I must add, that PDAMODs are not at fault here as I originally indicated, sorry for the first post, and i WOULD order from them again.
