Hi guys, i currently have a Tomtom One XL, but unfortunatly it dosent turn on with ignition. Therefore if i forget to turn it on, i am the mercy of the speed cameras.
Despite the fact that an Auto-on feature has been requested many times by people, Tomtom have decided to ignore the will of the people and not incorporate it.
Therefore:- Is there a comparable satnav that will turn on with ignition which i can load PGPSW database on to?
Chrs

My Garmin 2200 turns on when it gets ignition power and turns off when the key is removed, but that can be cancelled within 15 seconds if I want it to stay on. _________________ Satnav:

Seems so simple doesn't it?
But to TomTom it's an unclimbable mountain! _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

Can't be that difficult! My 910 does it, albeit on 7.9 software, so it's something they've 'taken out', rather than not knowing how to do it. _________________ Richard
