HELP! POI alert sounds have gone

So I've installed the speed camera database for my TomTom One but when I try to add the alert for adding an audible warning, the step to choose a sound does not display, meaning I cannot have an audible alert. Can anyone help please?

Did you download the OGG files for it?

Normally, when using the OGG files, when you set it up, it asks "Is this the sound you want?" but doesn't play a sound or show a name - nothing! You have to say YES, not NO. Have a look at the installation instructions which mention this foolishness.
