I have had to re-install Telmap on my BB9800 (BIS) and all seems to work apart from when I plan a route, I get a message saying -
"THIS REQUEST IS NOT PART OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION"
Re-installed via the e-mail instructions and activation code.
Does anyone have any ideas please?? |

Can anyone from the Telmap developers team help us with this please - I thought I may have been the only one affected, but apparently not!
Also, today I have installed the latest version and it still won't work.
Please help! |

Hello,
I dont mean to seem impatient, but I posted this a week ago and I respectfully request an answer from anyone at Telmap Admin team about this problem.
While I realise that its a free service you are offereing, that servise isn't working for me and atleast one other.
I would like to know one way or the other if anything can be done.
Thanks. |
