Hope you are all sitting comfortably.

Purchased Ipaq 2210 with TTN3 & Bluetooth 2 months ago, Kingston Memory Card All worked well until I upgraded to Skandisk 512mb card (I know). Everything used to work well until then (there must be a lesson)

Long storey short I have ended up carrying out a Hard Reset, Re loading Active Sync and re-loading TTN3 on a number of occassions. I have also now ran a flash format on the SD Card and reloaded the Flash Rom in case it had been corrupted.

The Problem.

When I load TTN3 the Ipaq searches for a device and finds the BT unit, established an outgoing partnership only and the Icon on the Ipac for the has a question mark against it. When plugged in the BT unit flashes (blue light) but when I run the TTN and try to reboot the sat to kick start it (GPS Status, GPS tab and hit the square box) the blue light stops flashing and stays on for say five seconds then begins flashing again as if it is hanging.

If I go to BT manager and mannually connect I get an outgoing connection only and again the blue light stays on. This is really curious.

I have not uploaded any updates (3.03) or BT from HP as they dont seem to have had an effect.

Suggestions would be really appreciated.

The outgoing connection is nothing bad, that's how it should be. The Pocket PC is reaching out to the receiver to consume its (SPP) service. In BT Manager, have you actually tried to connect to the serial port of the receiver? Will it then show that the two devices are connected?
