I know this has been done before but can anyone recommend, preferably with a link, any car chargers for a HTC Desire (Micro USB) that actually charge with CA and Navigator running.
I know Belkin have been mentioned but on some other sites people say that they don't.
What I am looking for is ones recommended by experience.
Thanks a lot. |

MY HTC Advantage wouldn't charge with anything until eventually a good friend gave me an official HTC one.
I just did a google and found this thread. It seems to conclude that you should get an HTC one for best results and there are links posted well down the page. _________________ Dennis

Thanks for that. It is actually to replace a HTC one where the wire broke. The HTC one was OK ish but it didn't really like Navigator/CA and actually charging the phone.
I brought a cheap generic one and it's pants but I was wondering if there is a better one than the HTC one that wasn't that great and also fell apart on me quickly. |

I called into Maplin on my way home and bought:-

It was a lot more expensive but it really does the job well. With everything working on the phone it charged it perfectly and fast.
This really is the best charger I have used for the Desire.
The charger came with a mini USB port and then an extra adapter for the Desire. |
