After having posted of my woes with my 3790T constantly rebooting, I then go and drop the damn thing on the tiled kitchen floor and smash the glass screen totally Embarassed. So, I'm in the market for a new device.

Reading a few reviews, the 2390 sounds like a fair bet and I had even considered crossing to the dark side and getting a TomTom 1005. I've always had Garmins and that probably accounts for my high blood pressure, but after reading a few reviews, both units get a bit of a panning; the Garmin principally on it's traffic inaccuracies.

Would anyone care to share their views on either of these two devices?
