Ok, this might be a little complicated to explain. But what I'm trying to do is run Copilot 8 through an actual GPS device that I own rather than through my phone since battery life isn't so great while running any GPS app.

I have a Navigon GPS that's great because it runs off of an SD card so I can pretty much put whatever GPS software I want on it. I've been using iGO8 for a while but it's really a European based system and it has a lot of quirks. So I wanted to try out Copilot.

On my SD card I installed MioPockets to be able to unlock the device and install virtually whatever software I want on it. Now what my question is, is since Copilot is made to run on an android os, iphone os, or windows mobile os, am I going to have to either port in those operating systems into my gps or find some way to emulate them on the device itself? My gps is based off of Windows CE so I don't know if it will just natively be able to support Copilot for windows mobile or not?

Really just a curiosity, I'd much rather be able to use a gps service ON a gps rather than on my phone... I know probably not all features would be available on an actual gps, and that's totally fine with me. But really any help is greatly appreciated!

CoPilot for Windows Mobile might work, it's a close relative of WinCE. If not then none of the others will.
