Garmin Nuvi 3490 camera POI install question

Hope someone can help with my questions!

I purchased a Garmin 3490 recently, after many years of using TomTom's. Having subscribed to the camera database and followed the installation instructions on the PocketGPWorld site (using Ash10's camera manager software and the Garmin POI loader) the POI files appear to have downloaded fine and the satnav picks these up. However, there are a number of issues which I cannot fathom (as a definite newcomer to Garmin) which may be a trait of the software or suggest something is not working as it should be:

- the icons for the various types of camera only appear very small on the map (an understatement) and all appear to be the same despite specifying the 'speed camera type' icons in Ash10's programme.

- when the unit detects a camera, an icon appears at the top left of the screen which is a standard type icon which I assume has been pre-installed on the Garmin (a speaker above a circle?); can I get the 'speed camera type icons' to appear here to reflect the different type of cameras?

- the text that appears at the top of the screen upon identification of a camera specifies the camera type and a code which I guess is the unique identifier from the camera database. Again, the standard type icon appears here also......can this be changed?

- I would like to hide the mobile cameras. Is there a way of doing this on the Garmin?
